Our toys start out as
simple blocks of scrap wood,
but become tokens of love and caring.
 
Making the Toys
Each Happy Factory toy is created by loving hands taking scrap peices of wood through a step by step process. The result is a small peice of happiness for a deserving child.


STEP 1
Scrap wood is glued
together, compressed
and dried.
STEP 2
The outline of the trucks,
cars, and other toys are
drawn onto the wood.


STEP 3
A saw is used to
cut out the pattern.

STEP 4
A drill press puts holes
in the wood for
the windows, and axles.
STEP 5
The toy body is
sanded smooth.
STEP 6
The edges are routed
so there are
no rough edges.


STEP 7
The axels and wheels assembled.
STEP 8
A coat of oil brings out he beauty of the wood adding the finishing touch.
STEP 9
The finished toys are boxed to send happiness to children all over the world.
