Endowment Fund

We have set up a restricted fund for "Planned Giving". This is money that will remain in a managed account and the interest will go toward the operation of Happy Factory. Donations can be made indefinitely, for a restricted term, through estate planning, trusts, etc.

If you would like to set up a donation to this fund, email Mark Kohler or visit www.kkolawyers.com. Mark has offered to waive his legal fees to set up donations to this fund through wills and trusts. A copy of the Declaration of Fund will be provided upon request.

This is a wonderful way to keep giving to the children of the world over a long term.
